Flag Football

Flag football is a non-contact version of American Football where players wear flags attached to a belt around their waist. Instead of tackling an opponent to stop the play, defenders remove the ball carrier's flag.

Flag football keeps the core elements of traditional football- passing, running plays, scoring touchdowns, and defensive strategies- but emphasizes speed, agility, teamwork. and skill rather then physical contact.
